Verification
So the groups stay a safe space, a person looks at every new account once.
Two different things
- Email confirmation
- Proves your address works. Automatic, via a link we send you.
- SprichMit verification
- Our own approval. Given by a person, never by an algorithm.
What the statuses mean
- Not submitted — your account is new.
- Pending review — we are looking at it.
- Verified — you can register for batches.
- Rejected — please get in touch if you think that is a mistake.
How long does it take?
Usually not long. We do this voluntarily alongside our studies, so during exam periods it can take a few days. Asking is explicitly fine — contact us.
What we store for it
Only what is needed: your email address, the verification status and, if a decision needs explaining, an internal note. The details are in the privacy policy.
